A comedian says he faces humiliation every day – he learns to throw away items that do not work, uses the ones that work, and goes for the ones that every culture respond to.
Success is never guaranteed to anyone. But it is within nearer reach of the one who is less concerned about ego / pride, and more concerned about improving.
Like the toddler who suddenly learned he / she can stand up and move on 2s instead of 4s, then goes onto experience movement with lots of tumbles, bruises, and outright pain, never stopped till he /she walked, we adults must face failures / mistakes / humiliation with similar determination.
No toddler ever gave up even when the knocks get hard, no parents would allow the kid to give up.
So, learners, Learning Designers in the making, learn from the toddler. :) If you fall 100 times, pick up and walk again 100 times.
