Scene at the airport in Bangalore....
One lady complains at the security check because her mobile phone some how was not found after passing through the security scan [the black box!] …judging from a word here and there and gestures [don’t understand what they are saying otherwise]..
The entire crew on 2 separate lines [about 10 of them] got involved ie the security scan completely stopped because everyone’s attention completely diverted to this one person and all other passengers have to wait.
It is very easy to create diversion – take attention away – in India. The very communal culture makes everything everybody’s business. This has made creating a professional business culture all too challenging.
