God is amazing in that He who is majestic in His ways and sovereign in His rule, takes the time to paint nature for us…, a palette of more than 16m colours, if we can even count.
God did not give us a black and white world but a world of great colours. It is us humans who want to push everything into either white or black. Why do we put ourselves and others into such labels? Like the zero cannot be a one and vice versa in the digital world, we who force people into ‘good’ / ‘bad’ by our own pairs of glasses, force people into ‘for us’ /’against us’ by our own past experiences, force people into pre-labelled boxes, by our own norms.
We get upset when others do that to us but we happily do that to others. We are all hypocritical – the one who labels others as hypocritical is equally as guilty if not more. So, perhaps we should stop putting people into boxes, and stop accusing others, and be first to see the log in our own eyes, instead of the speck in the other person’s eyes.
